The rooms were updated and amazing, with a bathtub. The pool was clean, the staff here was very amiable.

Absolutely great hotel in a busy area short walk to the airport as well as Pensacola Beach. Quiet room with very comfy bed, climate control, flat-screen television and a sitting area. Great and favourable location, just walking distance from everywhere.

The hotel's location was convenient and near a door to make bringing in luggage easy. The room was clean with a modern bathroom and nice size. Breakfast had a good selection and was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, with exceptional service, making us feel safe during our stay.

The breakfast selection is great, plenty of lighting and power outlets in the room, and a convenient table for organization. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the beds are comfortable. The pool is usually empty, providing a private experience.

I was given a new-fashioned and fairly quiet room with with a walk-in shower and bathroom, for example. Having a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets was a bonus. The hotel had indeed a nice location in the middle of jackson.
